Terms & Conditions
We do not refund or exchange tickets, subscriptions, or class, course, or choir fees.
Please do not bring your own food and drink. Refreshments are available to purchase at reasonable prices from our Regal Bar.
The Management reserves the right to:
1. Refuse the ticket holder admission to the premises.
2. Refuse admission to latecomers, unless there is an interval in the performance or event.
3. Cancel or abandon the performance/event for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Management's discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.
4. Refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual recording equipment.
5. Each ticket price includes a £2.00 or a £2.50 booking fee
6. All tickets — including those for performances, films, broadcasts, screenings, classes, workshops, choir sessions, theatre school, and other subscriptions — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if a performance is Sold Out, we may be able to relist your tickets for resale; please contact the Box Office to enquire. Regal Friend Members benefit from enhanced ticket return and exchange options.
7. The Management reserves the rights to update these rules and implement new rules retrospectively.
8. Live performances may contain bright, flashing lights that may vause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
9. Concessions: Concessions are available, where indicated, and may include over 60s, under 16s, and those receiving disability allowance or pension credit. For suitable events, children under 24 months do not require a ticket and may sit on an adult’s lap.
10. Blue Light Card discounted tickets are available for regular cinema screenings and selected live events only, where specified. These discounts do not apply to specially priced film events such as 'Throwback Thursdays' and specially priced children's and family screenings. Blue Light Card discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied to events that already feature a special pricing structure. All discounts are subject to management's discretion.
11. Group Discounts: Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 10% discount when booked in a single transaction. Please note that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous bookings. For group booking assistance, please contact our Box Office team directly.
12. Minimum age for a child to attend the Regal unaccompanied is 12.
13. While our policy is generally to offer no refunds on ticket purchases, exceptional circumstances may warrant a refund at the discretion of Regal management. Should a refund be granted, a fee of £2.50 per ticket will be retained to cover booking and administrative costs.
14. Please note that concessions are available where stated, for under 16s, over 65s, and those receiving pension credit. For groups and school bookings of 10 or more, a 10% discount is available via phone or at the Box Office. For suitable events, children under 24 months do not require a ticket and may sit on an adult’s lap.
