Worcester Cathedral Choir is at the heart of the worshipping life of Worcester Cathedral, singing seven choral services each week and performing a repertoire that spans centuries. The boy and girl choristers provide two distinct treble lines alongside alto, tenor and bass lay- clerks and choral scholars, continuing a tradition of daily worship that was originally established when the cathedral was a monastic foundation. The choir has appeared on multiple CD releases, most recently a recording celebrating the Christmas music of the late Sir David Willcocks on the Regent label, and regularly broadcasts on BBC Television and Radio.
