Booking Tickets

You can call box office on 01584 811442, visit in person or book tickets through this website. To ensure the best choice of seats, we advise you to book in advance. Concessions are available for disabled patrons – please ask for details when booking and mention if you require an aisle seat, a seat near the front or if you have any other specific needs. All concessions are limited and subject to availability.

Physical Tickets:
We no longer use physical tickets. 
If you have tickets for a show, all you have to do is turn up and tell us your name! Our staff will have your name on a list and can remind you of your seat number.

Wheelchair Users

There is a space for wheelchair users in the auditorium level with the upper foyer. Please inform the box office at the time of booking if you require a wheelchair space. A support companion for wheelchair users can be admitted free of charge to most performances, but these tickets must be booked in advance with the box office. When you arrive at the Theatre, please make yourself known to a member of the front-of-house team (there’s always someone at the main entrance from at least an 30 minutes before the performance). There is an adapted toilet accessed directly from the upper foyer. There is a disabled parking bay available on Teme Street and a further four spaces in the car park behind the library.

Terms & Conditions

No refunds or exchanges. The Management reserves the right to:

1. Refuse the ticket holder admission to the premises.

2. Refuse admission to latecomers, unless there is an interval in the performance or event.

3. Cancel or abandon the performance/event for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Management's discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.

4. Refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual recording equipment.

5. Each ticket price includes a £2.00 or a £2.50 booking fee

6. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, we will relist returns for a Sold Out performance, please contact the Box Office if this is the case. Regal Friend Members enjoy options for ticket returns and exchanges.

7. The Management reserves the rights to update these rules and implement new rules retrospectively.

8. Live performances may contain bright, flashing lights that may vause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy.

9. Concessions: Concessions are available, where indicated, and may include over 60s, under 16s, and those receiving disability allowance or pension credit. For suitable events, children under 24 months do not require a ticket and may sit on an adult’s lap.

10. Blue Light Card discounted tickets are available for regular cinema screenings and selected live events only, where specified. These discounts do not apply to specially priced film events such as 'Throwback Thursdays' and specially priced children's and family screenings. Blue Light Card discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied to events that already feature a special pricing structure. All discounts are subject to management's discretion.

11. Group Discounts: Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 10% discount when booked in a single transaction. Please note that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous bookings. For group booking assistance, please contact our Box Office team directly.
